Do you provide International delivery?
We ship across Canada except for the following areas: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador. In these locations, a shipping surcharge of $150 will apply and we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been processed.. and Sorry ...we do not ship outside of Canada.

What do I do when my order has visible damages?
When you received your order , please check the package, if you can see obviously damage on box , don’t accept it , please take the picture sent to us , asking carrier bring back .
If you find the damage parts or missing parts , after delivery or during assembly, please take the picture sent to us , we will sent you replacement parts . ( every item before shipping we will open the box check it , make sure no damage and part missing)
Make sure you note all the damages on the delivery receipt. Open up the boxes within 5 business days of delivery and make sure all the pieces are intact. If there are damages, you need to email us pictures within 5 business days of delivery showing the damages. please e-mail to : josh.090808@gmail.com We will confirm receipt of the pictures as soon as possible. Failure to inform us of problems with your order within 5 business days will result in your claim being denied. If a claim is denied, any costs for repairs or replacement parts will be paid for by the customer.

What are your delivery options?
1. Via our very own delivery Service professionals on our own trucks in great Vancouver
2. Via courier, usually in the case of smaller parcels and packages. under 30 kg
3. Via courier, usually in the case of large parcels and packages. under 100 kg ( curbside delivery only )
What is your handling and shipping ?
We will ship all orders within 2 business days of payment.
@We will ship to your address according you fill out the address form when you pay it. and also need your phone number for shipping . @we cannot ship to P.O boxes,
@Fast shipping to major city of BC, takes 5-7 working days, the shipping to other province about need 7-10 days, (If you don't get it for a long time, please contact us by e-mail : josh.090808@gmail.com , We will help you to check it.
@ ours shipping services is curb delivery ,the carrier will bring items to your doorstep ,driving way , or entrance of building . The delivery company may or may not contact you to arrange a delivery date depending on the company, however tracking information will be provided to you. You may need the assistance of a friend or family member to help offload your furniture from the delivery truck and into your home. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the items inside their premises, assemble and dispose of all packaging.
